Gloomhaven is a tactical RPG and a digital adaptation of the ultimate strategy board game by Isaac Childres. Set in a unique medieval dark fantasy universe, Gloomhaven rewards strategic planning and problem solving. Face this dark world alone or in online co-op for up to 4 players!

Explore the world in a band of 2 to 4 mercenaries. Each of the 17 unique characters comes with their own skills and more than 1,000 different abilities to master! Prepare your deck of ability cards before setting out to explore the dark caves and dreadful forest of Gloomhaven through quests and events.

Once inside a dungeon, engage in tactical turn-based combat by selecting two cards for each mercenary on every turn. You can only use the top half of one and the bottom half of another, so plan accordingly!

Move up your hired blades on the hex grid terrain to take advantage of the dungeon’s environment. Set up deadly combos and unleash devastating powers but be wary of the cost. Cards are a resource as scarce and crucial as your life points, so watch out for exhaustion. Every choice has life or death consequences.

JAWS OF THE LION DLC:
You are one of the most infamous mercenary groups in this run-down backwater city of Gloomhaven. When a sinister cabal starts disappearing the less fortunate of the city, it somehow falls to you to get to the bottom of it….so long as you get paid for your trouble.

You will lead the stalwart Red Guard, the fearsome Hatchet, the explosive Demolitionist or the mysterious Voidwarden, each with their own unique and fully enhanceable ability and attack modifier decks. May your aim strike true but be prepared or you will face a grim fate.

Jaws of the Lion DLC introduces the following new features:

The Solo Scenarios: Mercenary Challenges DLC

The Solo Scenarios: Mercenary Challenges DLC is the digital adaptation of the Solo Scenarios board game expansion for Gloomhaven, the critically acclaimed Tactical RPG.

Face 17 new carefully crafted missions by Isaac Childres, designer of the Gloomhaven Board Game. Each scenario comes with its own unique reward. There is a twist however, you can only complete each mission with its specific mercenary!

Each deadly scenario plays around the strengths and weaknesses of a specific mercenary and the reward is tailored to them. The scenarios are unlocked once the required mercenary reaches level 5 in the Story Campaign, giving you time to hone your skills. Additionally, you can unlock the items within the Guildmaster through that character’s story scenarios.

You can also take your current multiplayer save and complete the Solo Scenarios on your own and import them into your or the hosts’ next session. Alternatively, you can spectate your friends hopelessly trying to succeed in real time!
