Game Description
The full remake of the second installment in the FATAL FRAME (PROJECT ZERO) series titled FATAL FRAME / PROJECT ZERO II: Crimson Butterfly. This Japanese-style horror adventure game follows twin sisters who become lost in an abandoned village haunted by vengeful spirits. Using the Camera Obscura – a device that can capture and seal away the impossible – they fight ghosts as the story unfolds. This title has undergone a complete overhaul, with improvements to everything from visuals and audio to the core gameplay systems and controls. The signature Camera Obscura mechanic, used to capture and fend off spirits, remains a key feature, now offering richer and more engaging gameplay in both exploration and combat. In addition, the new “Holding Hands with Mayu” mechanic adds a heartfelt touch, letting you experience the deep bond between the sisters like never before.

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly Beautifully Remade – The graphics, sound, and controls have all been rebuilt from the ground up. Character textures, including skin and clothing, have been refined to the highest detail, and Minakami Village has been meticulously recreated with a focus on light and shadow, bringing its dark and ominous atmosphere to life with stunning realism. With 3D sound, you can feel the presence of spirits more vividly and closely. Immerse yourself in the chilling experience of exploring a haunted village. Side stories and new areas have been added, offering players a deeper and more immersive experience in the world of FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly.

Enhanced Camera Obscura Battles – The iconic gameplay of repelling spirits using the Camera Obscura remains intact, while introducing new features such as Focus, Zoom, and Filter Switching. The Setting: This tale takes place in the land of Alefgard, a realm given shape by a goddess known as Rubiss. The hero travels the land hoping to slay the mighty Dragonlord once and for all. Along the way he meets plenty of charming characters and faces numerous fearsome foes.

DRAGON QUEST II Story: Many years have passed since Alefgard was saved at the hero’s hand, earning him the same title as his storied forebear. The descendants of this Erdrick and his scions founded three kingdoms that thrived in peacetime. Yet, darkness stirs once more and a sudden invasion of malicious monsters plunges the world into shadow again. All that stands between the forces of evil and their wicked ambitions is a band of young princes and princesses of Erdrick’s lineage. The time has come for them to venture forth and honor their ancestor’s legacy!

The Setting: Explore a world filled with locales visited by the legendary hero as well as a host of new towns, castles, caves, and dungeons. As the story progresses, you’ll obtain a ship, which will allow you to traverse the seas and rivers, and broaden your horizons ever further.

The Prince of Midenhall, the game’s protagonist, is joined on his quest by his cousins the Prince of Cannock, the Princess of Moonbrooke and, entirely new to this version of the game, the Princess of Cannock. These four descendants of the legendary hero, Erdrick, band together to protect the world from evil forces.

Enjoy the traditional turn-based battles the series is known for. Attack with an assembly of weapons and let loose all kinds of spells and abilities to slay the many menacing monsters.

Game Description

The world has fallen under the dominion of the Shinra Electric Power Company, a sinister corporation that has monopolized the planet’s very life force as Mako energy. In the urban megalopolis of Midgar, an anti-Shinra rebel group calling themselves Avalanche have stepped up their campaign of resistance.

Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit now turned mercenary, lends his aid to the rebels, unaware that he will be drawn into an epic battle for the fate of the planet, while having to come to terms with his own lost past.

This product is an upgraded version of FINAL FANTASY VII – 2013 Edition with additional features (there are no changes or additions to the story).

Game Features

  • 3x speed mode – Play through the game at up to three times the speed! This feature can only be used in battle, travel, and select events.
  • Ability to turn battle encounters off – Activate this option to turn off random encounters. Story event battle still must be completed to advance the story.
  • Battle enhancement mode – Activate this mode to recover HP/MP during battles and max out the Limit gauge.
  • Autosave feature.

What is Wizmans World? – Jaleco, known for releasing games until 2000, released this RPG in 2009 on portable consoles. The game features well-drawn dot graphics and a simple yet challenging difficulty level, earning high praise from RPG fans. In this remaster, the graphics have been revisited, the BGM has been rearranged, new BGM has been added (all BGM remade by soLi), and the UI and playability have been optimized.
