Alternative Setup

If you have a CPU with more than 16 threads and/or have a crash at the beginning of the installation on 118.forge, use this alternative installer instead of the one included in the repack (the ZIP contain both multi-language and ENG/RUS-only installers).

  • Custom launcher added for easier HV steps processing
  • Game version: v1.21.1256962; 7 DLCs (offline components only) are included and activated
  • 100% Lossless & MD5 Perfect: all files are identical to originals after installation
  • NOTHING ripped, NOTHING re-encoded
  • Selective Download feature: you may skip downloading and installing of optional voiceovers. English VOs are included by default
  • Significantly smaller archive size (compressed from 64.8 to 37.4~41.9 GB, depending on selected components)
  • Installation takes from 9 minutes up to 1.5 hours (depending on your system, mostly on drive speed – installation on SSD is times faster than on HDD)
  • After-install integrity check so you could make sure that everything installed properly

  • Language can be changed in “steam_settings/configs.user.ini” file

Then do the following steps manually:

  • Make sure you have virtualization tech enabled in your BIOS: VT-x for Intel or AMD-V (SVM) for AMD
  • Run “VBS.cmd” in the game folder – you might want to download fresh version here: https://tzg.alybaba.top/hypervisor-guide/
  • Press 1 to make necessary changes to the system
  • Reboot and in the loading menu press F7 to disable DSE
  • Run “F1_24.exe”
  • Play
  • Run “VBS.cmd” again and press 3 to revert made changes
  • Reboot in the normal, secure mode
